Tesla would have participated in an experiment to make a ship invisible: the USS Eldridge.

Several elements confirm that Tesla was not able to participate in this experiment because of his relations with the American army, which was not interested in several of his inventions (radio-controlled machines, directed energy weapon (called ‘death ray’), etc.).

Moreover, Tesla had financial difficulties at the end of his life, which excludes that he received any salary.

Finally, this project is supposed to have taken place from July to November 1943. Tesla’s participation is therefore excluded since he died on January 7, 1943.
